I Am Sorry...

I forgot. Once again my thanks to the future attorneys that found this case. They dug it up, pursued it, and made me look at it. My humble thanks to Laura( my Domme) who runs my life, for pointing out that they had made their case. To all of you....Merci beaucoup!!!!! To Monsieur Beaver...Bon Chance!!

He's Out

I wasn't going to post this, but secrets asked me to, so here you go. Antonio Beaver was set free last Thursday in St. Louis, Mo. The Judge was incensed at the results of the DNA. The prosecuters office along with the Inncence Project filed a joint motion to dismiss all charges. My co-council, Nina Morrison, along with his public defenders were there when he was released. This happened much faster than I anticipated and I am thrilled. I am new to the appeals process, after 20 years fighting the death penalty at the jury level, and think I am going to enjoy fighting for people who I really believe are innocent...instead of creeps for whom I was fighting against an unjust punishment.

Did You See Them?

justine and I spent all day Sunday outside looking for them. We scoured the sky, high and low. But, alas, nothing. But I am sure we will find them. Confident am I! You see, Saturday nite, David, my wonderful odd duck 27 year old Son called and told us he was getting married early next summer. I hear San Diego is lovely in June! I do need to learn a little about this Buddhist thing he has picked up. Wedding in the Temple. No steaks at the reception apparently. Something about no meat since he adopted a cow when he was in India recently. Anyhow we couldn't find them. I am SURE they are out there somewhere, because I remember saying "When he gets married, pigs will fly".
